What Kids Learn in Our Program

We build skills that can be used for a lifetime.

Balance

Using beams and other equipment to help kids develop body control and coordination. Walking, kicking, and turning on the beam help develop focus, balance, and posture.

Strength

Through skills like handstands, vaults, and bar work, children gain muscular strength in a playful way.

Flexibility

Stretching and dynamic movement improve flexibility, which supports injury prevention and healthy development. 

Coordination

Activities like cartwheels, rolls, and hula hooping build total-body awareness and motor skills.

Confidence

Mastering new skills helps children feel proud, capable, and ready to take on new challenges - in and out of the gym.

Teamwork & Focus

While gymnastics is an individual sport, our group classes teach children how to listen, take turns, cheer on their peers, and stay focused on goals.


Tools We Utilize

We utilize different gymnastics equipment custom to the age and level of class participants

Balance Beam

Our kid-sized balance beams help young gymnasts develop focus, coordination, and core strength. As they walk, jump, and pose across the beam, children learn body awareness and improve their posture and stability—skills that support overall athletic development.

Vault and Spring Board

The vault teaches explosive power, confidence, and safe landing techniques. With the help of a springboard, kids learn to launch, leap, and land—all while improving lower body strength and spatial awareness in a super fun and energetic way!

Parallel Bar

Parallel bars are perfect for building upper-body strength, grip, and control. From swinging to holding support positions, children learn how to stabilize their bodies and improve endurance, which translates to greater overall agility and fitness.

Gymnastics Rings

Rings are fantastic for enhancing arm and core strength, stability, and coordination. They challenge kids to engage multiple muscle groups while hanging, swinging, or holding shapes, making them a fun way to build confidence through upper-body movement.

Air Track (Tumble Track)

Our inflatable air tracks provide a safe, cushioned surface for tumbling skills like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands. They reduce impact on joints and allow children to practice more advanced movements safely while gaining strength and control.

Floor Mats

Mats are where creativity and movement come alive! Kids use the floor space for rolls, stretches, dance elements, and full routines. Floor work improves flexibility, coordination, and rhythm, all while boosting self-expression and fun!

Barrel Roll

Used to help spot children as they learn body positioning and gain confidence to move in new ways.
