I’m a proud San Jose, California native
who fell in love with cheerleading in high school. That passion carried me through college, where I continued cheering and even began judging cheer competitions. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree with a minor in childhood development, I eventually became the director of a Little Gym in California, where I discovered how much I loved combining movement with mentorship.
After moving to Arizona, I continued sharing my love for gymnastics at a local gym while also directing children’s theatre performances—blending creativity, teaching, and fun. Life then brought me to Minnesota for my wife’s career, where we started our beautiful family of four children. Even while pursuing other work, I never lost my love for gymnastics and kept teaching part-time just for the joy of it.
Eventually, I became the Creative Director at The Little Gym Eagan, which reignited my passion for working with kids through movement. That led me to start Shake, Tumble, And Roll!—a program I originally created for my own children’s school district. Seeing the incredible success and positive impact in District 196 made me realize that this is exactly what I was put on this earth to do.
I truly love sharing the joy of gymnastics with children and watching their confidence grow through movement, play, and connection. Shake, Tumble, And Roll! is more than just a program—it’s the heart of everything I love about teaching, creativity, and childhood.
